Shipping Time — Most orders received before 5:00 PM EST will ship within 5 – 7 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. This will give us the time to assemble your bike to your specifications, thoroughly inspect your product, test for safety issues and properly pack your bike for shipping. We have learned from experience that rushing this process only results in possible malfunction and possible damage during shipping. We aim to minimize returns due to defective components and/or damage during shipping.
